Electrical Supervisor responsible for leading the Electrical Maintenance Operations for the plant, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and driving engagement in the primary workforce.
Requirements
- 5 years progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline or Technology Diploma (electrical maintenance preferred)
- Ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects at one time
- Lean Certification or evidence of Lean Manufacturing experience
