Role Overview

Join Owens Corning's local team in Dickson, TN as an Operator. The role involves ensuring the glue machine operates properly within an automated manufacturing process, supporting product quality and production efficiency.

What You Will Do

Maintain correct adhesive application, equipment setup, and housekeeping standards. Work safely and follow all plant rules.

Must have high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to work safely, communicate effectively, and multitask.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English in a clear and effective manner

• Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math
