Product Manager

As a Product Manager, Structural Insulated Solutions (SIS), you will play a critical role in building and scaling an emerging portfolio within Owens Corning’s Foam business. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategies that drive aggressive growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategic consulting
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using financial, market, and customer data to build business cases and support decision-making
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organization to align priorities and deliver results
• Experience managing product positioning, pricing, and channel strategies to drive revenue growth and margin improvement
