- 8–12 years in IT with at least 5+ years in cloud consulting/architecture roles
- Deep hands-on experience with one or more major clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Strong understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
