Your future tasks

• Management of operational day-to-day business and responsibility for the operational implementation of all operations and ensuring high quality standards and process flows
• Result-oriented leadership of the site (personnel and organizational)
• Function as a contact person for customers, employees and suppliers on site (internal and external interface), e.g. advising customers on security matters
• Professional support for the sales team, e.g. in the processing of tenders
• Disciplinary leadership, promotion and further development of the subordinate employees as well as the appointment and dismissal of security employees for the Munich site
• Responsibility for achieving site goals
• Safe handling of reporting and control tools
• Implementation and monitoring of compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
• Continuous improvement of internal business processes and regular checking of services
• Ensuring compliance with the required quality standards (e.g. based on ISO certification 9001 and 77200)
• Realization of an efficient personnel deployment planning
• Direct reporting of the reporting to the management board
• Representation of the company at important events, congresses and public meetings

Your profile

You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security Management or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, e.g. Master for Protection and Security, Security Specialist or certified Security Specialist

You bring at least three years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the security industry

Experience in successfully setting up new departments, locations or comparable projects can be demonstrated

You have a distinctive entrepreneurial approach and thinking as well as a high goal orientation and implementation speed

Performance and responsibility willingness motivates you

Your character traits consist of, among other things, integrity, honesty and reliability

You motivate not only yourself but also your employees through your strong personality and good leadership qualities

You are resilient and shine through conviction

Convincingly verbal and written German and English complete your profile
