Color Match Specialist - Part Time

Role Overview

Seeking a Color Match Specialist for part time work in our custom mortar lab. Hours are 15-20 hours per week.

What You Will Do

Sample preparation of custom and non-custom mortar products, support internal customers for custom color matching, prepare new color, mortar channels using computer aided software, mix and blend colorants to produce acceptable color mortars from customer samples.

Requirements

• High school diplomas or equivalent
• Experience working with computerized instruments for color matching (colorimeters, spectrophotometers, etc.)
• Some knowledge of computer matching software
• Some knowledge of portland, lime and cement
• Ability to mix mortar and grout ingredients (cement, lime, sand)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong computer literacy
