Plant Optimization Engineer - Electrical (Cheswick, PA)

The Plant Optimization Engineer - Electrical is a 2-year rotational training program designed to develop recent engineering graduates into well-rounded employees and future leaders at PCA. The program focuses on hands-on technical training, process optimization, and project implementation. Upon completion, the engineer will transition into a new full-time role in the chosen career path.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years previous engineering experience
• Ability to work first, second, or third shift during the production department rotation
• Self-driven and passionate about working in a hands-on, manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel as necessary
