Shift Supervisor

Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead and manage the production team, ensuring safe and efficient production, compliance with best practices, and adherence to schedules and targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Plastic industrial environment
• Knowledge of the process for the manufacture of packaging including an understanding of the equipment is preferred
• Proven people leadership and change management experience with a collaborative and enabling approach
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Problem solving skills
• Time Management Skills
