3-5 years of maintenance experience, prior experience in latest technology and automation, and relevant trade qualification

5+ years' experience in a Process, Die Set-up or Die Maintenance capacity in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on plastics experience. Mechanical and technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and complex mechanical equipment

Year 10 and/or Certificate III or equivalent experience, with preference for previous experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing environment

Previous machine operation experience, mechanical aptitude, strong focus on safety, and commitment to quality are required

Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, strong safety mindset, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, 2-5 years of experience in production planning, and strong analytical skills

5+ years' experience in a Plastic industrial environment, people leadership and change management experience, and strong mechanical aptitude

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, and excellent communication skills

2-5 years of experience in plastics recycling, manufacturing or similar field; high school degree; relevant trade background or FLT license an advantage

Experience in Die Setting, mechanical aptitude, and operating 10T overhead crane
