Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to assist their shift Leading Hand to oversee all activities and persons within the production hall. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning and coordinating tasks, machine operation, product testing, and ensuring compliance with WHS, Food Safety, and Quality Standards.
Requirements
- Previous machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety

- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of HACCP & GMP
- Current NSW forklift license or willingness to obtain one
