Head of Product, Principal Product Manager

Pagaya is seeking a Head of Product to drive strategic initiatives, partner with product, engineering, data science and capital markets teams, and own critical initiatives for the consumer credit ecosystem. The role is focused on scaling the platform and deepening value for personal loans, auto finance, and point-of-sale (POS) lending, leveraging AI and data to create innovative and accessible financial solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Deep technical fluency
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Based or able to regularly travel to New York City
