IT Systems Support Specialist

Intrinsic Development is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist to provide end-user support and assist with infrastructure projects within their rapidly expanding real estate development company. The role involves end-user support, IT equipment management, system configuration, and troubleshooting, including camera systems, access control, and networking. The position will split time between day-to-day technical support and infrastructure project assistance.

Requirements

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software applications.
• Assist with the planning, installation, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure in new apartment community developments.
• Administer and troubleshoot on-premises storage (NAS) and support migration or upgrade efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
