5+ years exp. in multi-family, hospitality or commercial construction. Bachelor's Degree preferred. OSHA 10-hour & 30-hour certification needed. Strong communication skills & team leadership

Be of age, have desired commercial experience, communicate well, and have much energy and passion for serving our client

Previous experience with active sales via telephone, knowledge of sales techniques, higher education, and negotiation and influence skills

4+ years of experience in account management and complex sales, experience in B2B sales, knowledge of sales techniques

High school complete, previous experience in external sales desirable, negotiation and commercial approach skills required

Must be majoring in a related field. Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD needed. Strong communication & organizational skills
