The Commercial Digital team (Pagar.me):
We built Pagar.me in 2014 to change the way people receive payments online. We became a company in the Stone Co. group and we act to help small and large retailers, from small stores and startups to large e-commerce and marketplaces, to have a powerful and flexible digital payment structure.
As an Enterprise Account Executive (Hybrid - São Paulo):
You will work in the Farming team, being a business specialist alongside the client, acting in personalized customer service alongside Key Account clients, seeking to understand the profile and operation of each client in depth.
From a deep knowledge of our digital and physical products, we act actively to make it profitable and help them grow in their business.
Main responsibilities:
- Act strategically to impact our business in a relevant way, aiming for the long-term value of our clients within our base.
- Manage the client portfolio to identify possible improvements in service, approach the relationship, and identify opportunities for sales.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new business fronts.
- Contact clients to map performance, opportunities, and negotiate and renegotiate.
- Create metrics and best practices to anticipate possible churns and act on their reversal.
- Analyze the KPIs of the portfolio and send performance reports to major clients.
- Interface with the technology team for the sale and implementation of new products and solutions.
What we expect from you:
- 4+ years of work experience in account management and complex sales
- Experience in B2B sales, mainly Mid-Large Companies
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Intermediate Excel
- Proactivity in problem-solving and sense of urgency
- Interest in innovation and technology
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Focus on results and goals
What will be your working schedule, model, and location?
Working schedule: From Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Working model: Hybrid (2 days in the office)
