Finance Manager

Role Overview

Paisley Park is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial management and support organizational priorities.

What You Will Do

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations, support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and monitor revenue and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA certification
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax partners
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Benefits
