Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and resident engagement for a residential building in Dubai. This role involves managing resident satisfaction, upholding building standards, and cultivating a vibrant, inclusive community environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in community or property management in Dubai or the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- RERA Certification or equivalent training
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in property management software and communication tools
