Palms Medical Group is a non‑profit Federally Qualified Health Center that delivers comprehensive family wellness and primary care services across North Florida. The organization employs a multidisciplinary team—including CNAs, CMAs, and PAs—to provide low‑cost office visits, pharmacy prescriptions, and other health services to residents of seven counties.

Advance Practice Registered Nurse
Requires graduate of NP program, current & valid Florida APRN license, BLS certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be self-starter with strong communication skills
Physician Assistant - PA-C
PA program grad required. Valid PA license and BLS certification needed. Strong communication and organization skills are needed
MD/DO
MD/DO degree required. Must be board certified and have current DEA and BLS certification. Must be organized and able to work independently
Physician Assistant - PA-C
PA Program graduate, valid FL license, BLS certification. Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and adaptable to various roles
MD/DO
MD/DO degree required. Must be board certified and hold current PA/DPOA license and DEA. BLS certification also required
Licensed Practical Nurse
High school diploma/equivalent, LPN license in Florida, BLS certification & current experience.
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT
High School diploma or equivalent, CMA/RMA certification, 1+ year of experience preferred. BLS Certification required
Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BXMO)
HS diploma or equivalent. BXMO license & BLS certification req. CNA/CMA/LPN/RN req for primary care experience.
Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BXMO)
High school diploma/equivalent, Basic X-Ray MA Operator license, 1+ year experience in Primary Care, and current BLS/CNAs/CMA/LPN/RN certification are required
