Refractive Optometrist
Doctorate Degree in Optometry (O.D.) and Valid Colorado state license or eligibility
Ophthalmic Technician
High school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in a fast-paced medical office, and ophthalmic technician certification within 18 months of employment
Director of Optometry + Optometrist {Hybrid Role}
10+ years of clinical experience in optometry, active and unrestricted OD license, and professional experience leading multiple medical practices
Cheyenne, Wyoming Optometrist
Doctorate Degree in Optometry (O.D.) and valid state license or eligibility in Wyoming
Medical Optometrist
Doctorate degree in Optometry and valid state license or eligibility in Colorado or Wyoming
Colorado Ophthalmologist
Must be eligible to work in the United States, Board Certified or Board Eligible, Graduation from an Accredited Medical School and completion of Accredited Residency Programs and fellowships (for specialists), or equivalent required
Retinal Ophthalmologist
Must have graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency and fellowship training, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
