Device Development Engineer

Panther is seeking a Device Development Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and regulatory readiness of their microneedle-based device platform. The role requires 3-5+ years of medical device development experience and a strong focus on mechanical and system-level device design.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of medical device development experience
• Strong focus on mechanical and system-level device design
• Direct experience contributing to FDA-cleared or approved devices (510(k), De Novo, or PMA)
• Familiarity with design controls, risk management, and usability engineering for regulated devices
