Job description
Paradigm is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
Inspect SMT and through-hole assemblies, operate and program AOI and X-ray machines, conduct first article inspections, and log inspection results and quality data.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or electronics, familiarity with IPC-610 standards, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.
