Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
- Proven experience in building or scaling something, such as a startup, ops team, or growth engine
- Strong work ethic, commitment, perseverance, and ability to thrive under pressure
- True entrepreneurial spirit, ability to own projects from scratch, and work with limited resources
- Executes relentlessly, is a pragmatic problem-solver, and thrives on ownership, not hand-holding
- Obsessed with growth, learning, building, and optimizing, and has a natural ability to structure systems and automate for scale
- Tech-savvy, AI-native, or actively becoming one, with a passion for experimentation and innovation
- Naturally persuasive, able to influence, sell, negotiate, and align others without force
