ParallelDots Inc. is a fast-growing global retail image recognition company seeking an Associate Project Coordinator (AI) to coordinate project activities related to AI model training and data delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Coordinate project activities related to AI model training and data delivery workflows.
• Collect and analyze large datasets to support AI model training initiatives.
• Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilize intermediate Excel tools for reporting, data tracking, and workflow dashboards.
• Use project management tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, or similar platforms to maintain tasks, status updates, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Project Management, and Data Ops to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Manage multiple AI-related tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Communicate effectively to resolve blockers, gather requirements, and ensure seamless workflow execution.
