Requirements
- Lead and mentor the 3rd-party Help Desk team
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services
- Oversee user lifecycle management, licensing, permissions, and access policies
- Manage and integrate identity and access management solutions
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across Microsoft 365 and identity platforms
- Oversee endpoint management, patching, backups, and monitoring
- Maintain IT asset inventory with accurate lifecycle tracking
- Manage vendor and consultant relationships
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and IT security standards
