Join Parsons as a Senior Modeling and Simulation Developer and be part of a team that assesses systems and develops software models of real-world threat weapon systems. Develop software digital twins using C++ and Python and collaborate with engineers and software developers to achieve mission-level simulations.

Requirements

• Developing and enhancing software digital twins using C++ and Python on Windows and Linux platforms
• Modeling advanced threat systems such as Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (SAMs), radar platforms, and missile seekers
• Supporting simulation studies and integrating models into larger mission-level simulations
• Algorithm and technique development supporting Sensors, Missiles, and C4 including active/passive detection, clutter modeling, electronic attack, waveform selection, adaptive beamforming, weapon/target assignment optimization
• Defining requirements and designing solutions for modeling and simulation (M&S) software
• Automated unit, system, and system-of-systems test planning, development, and execution
• Participating in technical discussions to assist in near-term and long-term planning
• Collaborating within a team and mentoring junior/mid-level software developers
