Financial Advisor- Performance Property

Support the delivery of growth for assigned team/pod by developing new business referrals, delivering exceptional service to client book and supporting the Partner with management of end to end business operations.

Requirements

• F.A.S.E.A. relevant degree or working towards a F.A.S.E.A. approved pathway
• Advanced Diploma Financial Planning/Financial Services or equivalent
• Completed F.A.S.E.A. CPD training & development each year (CFP)
• Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in financial services industry
• Minimum 2 years financial planning specific experience
• Possess strong knowledge of the investment business and strong understanding of financial planning concepts
• Experience in the provision of financial advice to the assigned client segment
• Business development skills/strong networks
• Strategic financial planning/advisory skills (technical and strategic competency)
• Strong working knowledge of financial services and financial planning market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly results driven including willingness to lead by example
• Experience with financial planning software
• Prioritising and time management skills and strong ability to work to deadlines
