We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join our team, responsible for developing solutions for external/internal web services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or coding related field
- Training and certifications will be considered
- Demonstrated 6+ years of progressive experience as a full stack software developer
- A fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology, information systems, data, and business processes
- Strong quantitative ability and aptitude for quantitative learning
- Strong analytical and business writing skills
- Familiar with modern AI-based coding assistants like Anthropic Claude Code and its appropriate use in modern software development
- Excellent at troubleshooting and problem solving
- Ability to work both individually with minimal guidance and within a team
- Ability to present findings and technical proposals to internal and external customers
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends as needed
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

- Expected annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and education
