Job Description
EmTacq is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of securitization experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance transactions, including general lending, and large law firm experience is preferred.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of securitization experience
- Experience in finance transactions, including general lending (leveraged finance, syndicated lending, ABL)
- Experience in structured finance transactions and CLOs a plus
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred
