Senior Manager of Information Security

Role Overview

The Senior Manager of Information Security is responsible for establishing, leading, and maintaining the organization’s cybersecurity and information security programs to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and security best practices.

What You Will Do

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, lead cybersecurity operations, manage risk across IT and OT environments, and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to protect digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards, and experience with utility or energy generation industries and securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or SCADA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
• 5+ years in a management role managing teams
• Deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards
• Experience with utility or energy generation industries and securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or SCADA
• Familiarity with public cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI) and advanced knowledge of network security
