Analyst/Associate Mergers & Acquisitions (m/f/d) – Finance or Strategy

Manage M&A projects in the mid-market segment, analyze industries, business models, competitors, and develop company exposés and information memoranda for clients. Prepare and check financial plans, carry out company valuations, and support due diligence processes.
