As a DevOps Engineer at payabl., you will play a key role in building and scaling our infrastructure while collaborating across multiple product teams. Your primary focus will be supporting the Data engineering team, ensuring robust, automated, and secure delivery of data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with containerization technology (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in provisioning infrastructure and managing configurations with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of Data lake services on AWS (Glue, Athena).
- Linux experience: troubleshooting, Bash/Python/Perl scripting, familiarity with multiple distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL).
- Experience developing automation for CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins.
- Good to have Kafka knowledge.
- Desire to learn and participate in coaching junior members of the team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding attention to details.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills.
