Senior Compliance Officer

Paynovate is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to play a critical role in defending its interests in the context of its activities. The successful candidate will strengthen the company's AML and compliance framework across payment activities, combining hands-on operational work with a broader oversight perspective.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in AML/KYC and compliance within the financial sector (experience in payment services or fintech is necessary)
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, customer due diligence, and risk-based approaches
• Comfortable handling complex cases and acting as a subject matter expert within a team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English, and either in French or Dutch
