Junior to early-career profile with a strong operational and execution mindset, strong interest in payments, fintech, and regulated environments, basic understanding of APIs and tools

5+ years of experience in Product Management in a tech-driven environment, strong experience in payments, good understanding of card payment flows

5+ years of AML/KYC experience, strong understanding of AML regulations, and fluent English, with optional French or Dutch

Holds a Master's degree in Law and has 5-10 years of experience in a legal role within the financial sector

Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance roles, AML/CFT and financial crime risk management, strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Junior profile with a clear appetite for technical topics and a background or education related to payments, banking, fintech, or financial services

5 years of sales or business development experience, fluency in French and English, and ability to analyze business models and manage long decision processes

5-10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree are required for this role
