Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Compliance & MLRO to lead the Compliance function and ensure strong regulatory governance across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance roles
- Ideally within financial services, fintech, or payments
- Experience in AML/CFT and financial crime risk management
- Certification issued by Febelfin or Assuralia and validated by the FSMA is required
- Experience interacting with regulators or supervisory authorities is a strong asset
- Background in payments or electronic money institutions is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
