Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Paysafe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce) to work on the company's Salesforce implementation, responsible for consolidating and improving sales processes and customer service processes, and supporting enterprise transformation. The role will involve working on a complex application used by 2500 users, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3 years on the Salesforce platform, and a strong understanding of code quality, performance optimization, and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience
• 3 years on the Salesforce platform
• Strong experience developing scalable solutions using Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and declarative automation
• Experience building integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and data movement patterns (ETL)
• Ability to own complex features end-to-end: design, development, testing, and production support
• Strong understanding of code quality, performance optimization, and Salesforce best practices
• Experience with automated testing and quality-focused engineering practices
• Comfort working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborative approach with ability to support peers and contribute to technical decisions
