Technical Product Manager- Cards

Technical Product Manager- Cards role in Amman, Jordan. The role is responsible for optimizing customer support flows, ensuring compliance with KSA regulatory requirements, and managing the onboarding procedures for cardholders, organizations, and client portal users. The role also involves understanding the costs associated with card issuing and transaction processing by the Mastercard scheme and creating go-to-market plans for launching new cards.

Requirements

• 8 years + experience in Card Issuing with experience in the KSA Market
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Technical skills related to card issuing and transaction processing
• Bachelors in STEM field (Masters preferred)
• Experience in creating go-to-market plans and a comprehensive understanding of MasterCard requirements for launching new cards
• Thorough understanding of customer support flows and operations for Card
• Demonstrable experience with the specific requirements and best practices of the Saudi market, including knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance requirements
