Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in gathering user requirements, system testing, or system support, preferably in the banking or FinTech industry
- Practical knowledge of Payment Systems (FPS, Card Scheme, API integration)
- Strong conceptual understanding of Web3 products and AI-driven financial tools
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Ability to read and comprehend technical logic/code
- Intellectual curiosity to dig into data and synthesize information from diverse sources
- Comfortable working across different projects with evolving priorities
- Possess a strong sense of ownership and dedication to meeting tight schedules
- Open to learning about AI/Machine Learning applications
