Job Description
Massage Envy is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to drive sales goals, build teams, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves leading and supporting the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the location, and fostering a positive and empowering work culture. The position requires a strong sales and customer service background and a commitment to the Massage Envy brand.
Requirements
- Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experienced in training staff
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong administrative/back office skills
- Experience in spa management (Highly Preferred)
- Strong performance in goal management
- Friendly and motivated with sales driven attitude
