Mgr Engineering & Environmental

We are seeking a Manager Engineering & Environmental to join our Production team at our Shoal Creek Mine in Alabama. The role involves managing technical services, performing mine engineering & environmental surveying, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal mining and reclamation laws and permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with Environmental background
• Advanced Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
• Professional Engineering Certification, preferred
• 5-10 years of coal mining experience in underground and surface mine engineering
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Strong working knowledge and experience in State and Federal mining, environmental and air quality regulations
