Fitter/ Fuser I- Utility Services

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Fitter/Fuser to safely and accurately install, repair, test, and perform tasks related to construction and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems.

Requirements

• Safely and accurately install, repair, test, and perform tasks related to construction and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems.
• Responsible for safely and efficiently installing and testing natural gas facilities.
• Ensure gas lines and equipment are operating properly & be able to test the various gas components.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, often under adverse climatic conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs multiple times during a work shift
• Ability to climb, dig, work in tight spaces, on uneven surfaces, walking, stooping, and kneeling
• Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-workers
• Ability to pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy
