The Outreach Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing and creating marketing campaigns to drive prospect traffic to the property. They will work with the leasing team to motivate and engage prospects, and utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve budgeted occupancy.
Requirements
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship
- Partner with social media, website, and sales teams
- Analyze sub-market trends and results
- Supervise the planning and implementation of lease up events
- Work with the Property Manager to assist on-site staff
- Recommend marketing strategies to increase property traffic
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data
- Create, review, and manage property promotional items
