Pear Suite is a mission-driven healthcare technology company transforming community-based care delivery. We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical strategy, architecture, and execution for our platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Prior experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Deep expertise in full-stack development with technologies including React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and MongoDB
- Proven experience designing and maintaining cloud architectures (GCP)
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, system design, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated success leading complex technical projects from idea to production
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on development with strategic design
- Commitment to quality, security, and compliance (including HIPAA guidelines)
