Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst will provide sales analytics supporting the Sales Operations Manager, shipping logistics, channel and corporate managers, and cross functionally. This role is crucial in building and optimizing our sales processes, improving data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- 3+ years of manufacturing sales operations including analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced CRM, Power BI, and ERP system (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365) experience required.
- Experience building dashboards and recurring reports with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
