IT Infrastructure Administrator (DevOPs Engineer)

The IT Infrastructure Administrator (DevOps Engineer) role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Pelmorex's IT Infrastructure to standardize, modernize, and automate infrastructure management. The role involves designing solutions in line with the organization's strategic goals and technology roadmap, working collaboratively with other administrators and technical leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as information technology, computer science, or management information systems
• 5+ Years of experience working in a 24/7 IT environment
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Docker, Kubernetes cluster design, implementation, and management on the following infrastructures (Cloudstack, Proxmox, as well as EKS, GKE, AKS)
• Excellent knowledge in cloud computing, GCP, AWS, Azure, Cloudstack, and Proxmox, AI (Machine learning)
• Excellent knowledge of managing Kubernetes infrastructure
• Experience in Complex IT Environments (Network, Systems, and Storage)
• Excellent technical skills (Linux & Windows, Scripting, Terraform, automation)
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with systems monitoring, log aggregation, and dashboard solutions (e.g., ELK, Splunk, Prometheus)
• Experience with DevOps tools and culture
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail when communicating
• Able to manage multiple priorities and consistently produce results within timelines
• Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with other members
• Proven track record of developing and providing Service Level Agreements and Service deliverables
