Job description
We have full-time manufacturing opportunities available in our Hatfield, PA location. The Machine Operator will train briefly on 1st shift and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Penn Color provides a living wage and benefits, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational discipline.
Read production schedules, pre-mix raw materials, operate machines, and use forklifts and other equipment as necessary. Perform physically demanding work, including standing for most of an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 100 lbs.
We are looking for dependable individuals with strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to perform physically demanding work. You will be successful if you have strong teamwork and communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to stay organized and maintain clean work areas.
