VIP Associate

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is looking for a VIP Associate to assist the VIP team in building and maintaining Player Loyalty Retention Operations. The role involves communicating with VIPs, expediting payments and withdrawals, and developing relationships with players. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and has experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.

Requirements

• Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior
• Some previous sales experience
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time) to attend and assist with running VIP events
