Job Description
Penny Lane's Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program provides support services to chronically homeless individuals, and the Case Manager will provide direct case management and support services to a caseload of 20 residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 years' experience working with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth
- Valid California driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
