Job Description
The Sales Manager will coordinate with the General Manager to set sales plans, maintain budgets, and optimize expenses. They will also implement sales management policies, coordinate recruitment and training, and evaluate sales team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar executive role, within plastic pipe market
- Profound building material knowledge, excellent sales skills, and perfect understanding on the local plastic pipe market
- Experience in sales planning and budgeting
