MEP BIM Coordinator

Assist in preparing and updating the MEP BIM Execution Plan, coordinate MEP design models, and review data exchange of MEP models. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions. Support submission of MEP BIM models and drawings to local authorities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in MEP BIM coordination or model management
• Familiar with MEP system modelling, clash coordination and relevant codes
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills
