Job Description
PeopleOne Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive healthcare services to patients 2 years of age and older. The FNP will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients to improve health outcomes, working autonomously and in collaboration with physicians. This role includes prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Current state licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- National certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
- Current DEA registration for prescribing medications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience managing chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
