Patient Service Associate (Clinics)

The Patient Service Associate (Clinics) role involves performing registration and screening of patients, ensuring accurate billing and timely collection of payment, and assisting clinicians and/or therapists for a smooth clinic consultation.

Requirements

• Minimum N Levels qualification or equivalent
• Healthcare or Retail service or related industry is preferred but not required
• Good service skills, able to attend to patients and provide assistance
• Good computer skills and system savvy, ability to learn new systems
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
